The confectionary artists at Icedgems Baking use only top-notch materials to make their masterpieces. Free-range eggs, organic milk, flour, sugar, and butter (often sourced from local farms and dairies) make up their cakes, cupcakes, and other treats. They never use preservatives or artificial stabilizers, only natural ingredients.
The work begins in the wee hours of every morning when the bakers begin to whip up at least 25 different types of cupcakes. The flavors change on a daily basis, but there are a few classics you can always count on, like the raspberry lemonade, the chocolate lava, and the red velvet. Depending on the day, you might also see flavors such as chocolate salted caramel and honey banana in the display case. If you have a special occasion coming up, you can also meet with a baker to customize a cake in honor of the day.
