The Northwest Chamber of Commerce has something fun in store for Friday nights this summer. If you haven’t tried it yet, they’ll be hosting Music on Main Street each Friday from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. right at the Reister’s Daughter on 202 Main Street. Through September 16th you can head down each week for a different band, with everything from The New Romance (an ’80s tribute band) to pop and rock gurus like Crushing Day, but all are local and super entertaining so make sure to arrive with your dancing shoes on!
The event itself is free and you just pay for your drinks in the beer garden, there’s a limit of three per person. They have everything from Budweiser for $2.50 to Union Duckpin Craft for $4.00, as well as a variety of wines for $6.00 each. Enjoy the evening with friends sipping and chatting, while listening to talented local artists. Doesn’t get better than that on a summer Friday!
